Structuring Real Estate Finance for Large Scale Developments

About Us

Our history

Our history

Oppenberg Capital Markets was originally a German investment bank established in 1987 which was a member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange / Deutsche Börse which specialised in corporate finance, market-making, equities trading and other investment banking activities such as equity finance, cross border securitisations & capital structure advisory.

The Bundesbank regulated business was sold in 2007 since which the principals have concentrated on private equity and structured finance predominantly operating out of UAE.

The gulf based structured finance business then expanded in scope to become a real estate development business focusing on transactions with institutional partners, quasi-government bodies and the local land departments.

What we have been doing lately

What we have been doing lately

Oppenberg opportunistically finances real estate transactions for developers and it also develops it’s own real estate projects in partnership with private and government-related landowners and other real estate investors.

We have an ultra-fast review and approval process on finance transactions whilst our development expertise tends to focus on branded residential real estate as well as on hospitality projects.

We prioritize projects which can be completed within 2 years and if possible which can exploit the capabilities of our world-class construction partners to increase the quality of the finished product.

Over 20,000 'Westerners' are retiring per day.

They are the wealthiest generation in the history of the world but they have two major fears:

  1. They will live so long that they will run out of money.

  2. They will need long term care that will exhaust their financial resources.

While the World's 1st Retiretech has built a globally patent pending platform to solve the #1 problem, there is also tremendous long term potential in solving the #2 problem.
